Bubble Bee was founded in 2022 by Smit Shah and Kamal Kaur with a simple goal: to create more than just a drink shop. They wanted to build a brand that brings people together through great flavors, memorable experiences, and genuine hospitality.
As entrepreneurs with a passion for food and beverage innovation, they noticed that customers were looking for something different—high-quality handcrafted drinks, exciting street food, and an experience that felt welcoming and fun.

What began as a small dream quickly grew into a thriving business serving communities throughout California. Bubble Bee has had the privilege of serving thousands of customers and creating countless memories along the way.
We focus on quality in everything we do. We use carefully selected ingredients, handcrafted recipes, and a commitment to consistency that allows every customer to enjoy the same great experience every time they visit us.
From One Trailer, Endless Possibilities
Bubble Bee’s journey began with a single food trailer and a vision to bring great drinks and exceptional service to the community. As support from our customers grew, we opened our first storefront in Fresno, followed by a second location in Clovis. To meet increasing demand at events and festivals, we expanded our mobile fleet with a second truck and then a third. Most recently, we opened our Sanger location, marking another exciting milestone in our continued growth.
